Is it free to ask for a quote?

Yes. We confirm the product and send a preview or quote. You only continue when the details look right.

What if my phone model is not listed?

Select “Other brand” or “My model is not listed,” then enter the exact model name.

Which caricature style should I choose?

Open the visual style picker to compare full-size examples. Custom Caricature includes all 17 current styles, Poppin' Partiez uses six black-and-white styles, and Digital Art shows eight color-capable digital-art finishes.

Which print sizes are supported?

Caricature and digital-art prints support 11×17 and 13×19. The oil-painting-style art print is 11×17 only. Other products use the size shown after selection.

When is volume pricing available?

Request volume pricing for 10 or more caricature, digital-art, or full-color gloss prints. Other products switch to a bulk order quote at 25 items.

How do customization notes work for multiple images?

Use the shared Customization Notes field for a theme, background, colors, or props that apply to every image. Each uploaded image also has an optional person/image name and its own customization notes.

What cannot be submitted?

Do not send images you lack permission to print, protected brand artwork you are not authorized to use, or another person's image without permission.

How long does it take?

We typically reply within one business day. After approval, most made-to-order products ship in about 4–7 business days.

Where do my photos go?

They enter the private production workspace. Customer pictures are not posted publicly or reused as storefront examples without permission.
