Use the largest, clearest original you have. Good lighting, visible faces, and minimal blur produce the strongest result. You can attach several pictures when helpful.

Is it really free to ask?

Yes. We confirm the product and send a preview or quote. You only continue when the details look right.

What can't I send?

Anything you don't have the right to print — copyrighted characters, brand logos that aren't yours, or other people's faces without their permission. Our team reviews every request.

Which sizes are supported?

Caricature and digital-art prints support 11×17 and 13×19. The oil-painting-style art print is 11×17 only. Other custom products use the size shown on their product card.

How long does it take?

We typically reply within one business day. After approval, most made-to-order products ship in about 4–7 business days.

Where do my photos go?

Straight to our private production workspace. Customer pictures are not posted publicly or reused as storefront examples without permission.
